The service

ccmd is provided as-is. The free analyzer is offered without warranty. The paid tier is offered on a month-to-month basis; cancel any time. We do not warrant that the analyzer will catch every problem in your CLAUDE.md, that the Karpathy 12-rule scorecard predicts model behavior, or that recommendations will reduce your token bill.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service in ways that degrade availability for others (scraping the analyzer endpoint at scale, deliberate denial-of-service). The free analyzer is rate-limited to a reasonable per-IP cap.

Refunds

Email matt@ccmd.dev within 14 days of a paid charge with subject "refund" and we will refund the most recent monthly charge, no questions.

Liability

ccmd is a static analyzer. We are not liable for token costs, agent behavior, or any consequence of acting on the analyzer's recommendations. The Karpathy 12-rule rubric is a community-developed heuristic, not a guarantee of model behavior.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will note the change in the page's "last updated" date and send a notification email to paid-tier subscribers for material changes.
